I totally didn’t realize that Helena Bonham Carter plays Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter films. I always knew that she looked familiar, but that’s as far as I had looked into it. She plays an amazing villain.
Anyway, moving on…
And days careen,
like the waters
of a river rushing
to the sea.

Jenny: Hey, Forrest, were you scared in Vietnam?
Forrest: Yes. Well, I, I don’t know. Sometimes it would stop raining long enough for the stars to come out. And then it was nice. It was like just before the sun goes to bed down on the bay… There was over a million sparkles on the water. Like that mountain lake. It was so clear, Jenny. It looks like there were two skies, one on top...

Just about financed a MacBook Pro today.
Probably going to end up with it next week, knowing my grasp on personal restraint.

Why has Facebook become as compulsory as as driver’s license?
I don’t particularly enjoy Facebook, but I guess that ultimately, I’m the one to blame for that. The friend requests that I choose to accept have subsequently formed the experience that I have on this website. The reasons I keep my Facebook account are because I like to keep up on events within my group of friends...

Happy Christmas, Everyone!
It's a matter of chocolate...
What and where can I get those tiny, colourful chocolates that look like kisses, but taste very minty and melt in your mouth at the same time? Usually they come in green, pink, and yellow, and they’re so delicious. I need them. I devour them. So help me out!
It’s one of those holiday things that you just have to have.

After tripping over my guitar case for the eighteenth time, it occurs to me now that a guitar stand might have been a reasonable request for a Christmas gift.
Maybe someone in my family is a little more sharp than me and bought one.
when this is over...
… it’s pancakes and eggs for breakfast, and a giant steak dinner with mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
Oh yeah.

Two hours ago I logged into my desktop computer with the intention of starting a download of House: Season 6.
I checked out Tumblr, Reddit, Pitchfork, Facebook, Gmail, IGN, Deadairspace… and then I left the room.
What the hell is wrong with me?

I’m an in-house designer at a local event promotions agency. We focus primarily on small bands and small theatre shows — not cool ones, but mostly the friends of my boss: blue grass, swing, kid’s theatre, everyone way old or way young. We stay in business because we’ve got two large contracts out…

I can... not have, tea.
... and he says "do you love me?"
and she says “No, but that’s a real nice ski mask!”
I’m getting my tonsils out tomorrow morning. I’m ready to experience a lot of pain for the next week or so. Can anyone recommend any good movies I should start downloading?
Also, it’ll be my first time being anesthetized, so that’ll be an interesting and nerve-racking experience.
I’ll get back to you tomorrow about it.

I am really loving the direction that David Lynch is taking with his music. His heavy influence of Mark Linkous’ style gracefully shines through in his two latest songs. It’s a shame how they never had the time to collaborate further. Dark Night of the Soul was nothing much further than Lynch putting his vocals over Sparklehorse/Danger Mouse compositions. It would have been interesting...
